How To Secure PHPMyAdmin and MySQL in Windows XAMPP Server

    i get error 500,Server issue,it works agian when i removed the access Pass. but its no PASS?

    hmm interesting well when i finally got MySql to work i go into localhost. When i go in it says i dont have privileges to makea new database….
    any suggestions on how to get around this? Or how to make an account with pw and privileges? Beucase its pissing me off xD
