I am curious if it worked for you thru windows. And how you did it. I could not
You must be part of the Apple Developer program in order to have iPhone 4.0 BETA work on your iPhone/iPod Touch. AND, you must be using the most current iTunes – Version 9.1. The developer program is $99 per year, and is available at http://developer.apple.com
If you manage to get 4.0 installed on your device, and you’re not part of the program, you will end up with a paperweight.
If you email me itsdrew@kvzp.com I can add your UDID to my apple dev account for a small donation of $10, I will also provide you a link to a private page with current beta download links and update this with new releases.
See http://www.ismashphone.com/2008/08/udid-itunes.html for instructions on obtaining your UDID (remember don’t install the beta before registering UDID otherwise you will have an expensive paperweight)
